Returns & Exchanges
Sometimes things just aren’t the right fit. You are welcome to return any full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and with the original packaging and tags attached.
At the moment, we only accept returns. If you would like to do an exchange, we ask that you simply return the socks back to us and purchase the new style or colour that you are interested in. Please refer to the return process outlined below for steps on sending your items back to us.
We do not accept returns from outside Canada or USA. All International orders are a final sale.
Sale items and Price Adjustments
All sale items are a final sale. Please note, we do not issue price adjustments.
Process for Returns
Please follow the below steps to ensure the most efficient return process for you. Any returns that do not follow the guidelines will be returned to you at your expense and refund will not be granted.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: "return request _ your name _ order number"
- Please ensure you email your request within 14 days of your purchase.
- Tell us your reason behind the return as well as the merchandise style number and description of the sock that you wish to send back.
- Someone from the customer service team will get back to you with an RA# if the return request is approved.
- Once you have an RA# the return is approved to send back to us. If within USA and Canada, please email us with the tracking number of your return so that we can keep an eye out for it.
- Please ship all items in one shipment if possible. Please note the RA# somewhere on the return package that you mail out to us. Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted and sent back to you at your expense.
- The return will be complete once we receive your package within fourteen days from the day your RA# was issued.
- If all looks good, we will issue the full refund back to you.

USA and Canadian Returns
Unfortunately, we do not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please use a service that is trackable as we are not responsible for damaged or lost returns. Please email email@example.com with your tracking number once the items are shipped out.
