Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 11am to 6pm (weekends and holidays excluded). We do our best to respond to inquiries on the same day, however some requests may require up to 48 hours.
Mr. Gray ensures that stock availability online matches our inventory on hand. If for some reason there is a discrepancy, you will receive an email notification immediately and your order will be refunded.
Mr. Gray reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraudulent activity. Any orders cancelled as a result of this will be notified by email, and will be refunded in full.
Lost or Damaged items
Please note, Mr. Gray is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
