SHIPPING
We ship to the United States via USPS and to Canada via DHL. International shipments are delivered via DHL and are a final sale.
You will receive a tracking number for your order within 24 hours from the moment it ships. These emails are sent automatically, if you do not receive a notification please check your spam folder before contacting Mr. Gray.
For all orders placed before 3PM, we aim to ship out within 24 business hours. Orders placed after 3PM, over the weekend and on holidays will be shipped out the following business day. Please note, orders may be delayed by by factors outside of our control.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is free for all orders over $30 (USA and Canada only). For International orders and orders under $30, the following shipping rates apply. Please note, additional duties and custom charges may be incurred for orders placed outside USA. For more information, please see below 'Duties and/or Taxes' section.

DUTIES AND / OR TAXES
Orders to Canada and International may be subject to duty and/or taxies levied by the importing country. By placing an order with Mr. Gray you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for such charges. Should you refuse to pay these charges, your order will be returned to Mr.Gray and your account will be credited according to our return policy less any shipping and import fees associated with the return.
